Byakko Private Security Services Inc. is structured with an administration staff with more than fifty (50) years of Law Enforcement work experience.  Our Security Officers are personally trained by Raul Raya, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder, who has over twenty-two (22) years of experience as an instructor in all aspects of Law Enforcement, with an expertise of less than lethal use of force.  Before employment all our applicants will go through a thorough selection process. Our selected Security Officers must possess a minimum of a valid guard card issued by The State of California Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (B.S.I.S.) and must complete all forty hours of training within the first six (6) months as required by The State of California B.S.I.S. All Security Officer are mandated to attend bimonthly in house training regarding specific work related topics.  At Byakko Private Security Services we strive to better ourselves, always remembering to treat others with respect and dignity.
